Authentication failed when connecting Octoparse with Zapier

I'm unable to connect Octoparse with Zapier.

 

I have an Octoparse standard plan and when I try to allow Zapier to access my Octoparse account I get the following error :

 

“We hit an error adding your new account” - Authentication failed: The app returned “Unauthorized”.

 

I don't get any permission popup. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @eMoOak , Can you check if you have admin level permissions? Or check you reconnect Octoparse account and test again?

I don’t see any Admin settings neither in Octoparse nor Zapier. Do you mean admin level on my computer?

Try authenticating the app in a new/different private browser.

Tried on different browsers on PC/Mac and also in private session and always the same result :

“We hit an error adding your new account” - Authentication failed: The app returned “Unauthorized”.
