I am new to Zapier. I keep getting ‘authentication failed: The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks not configured properly..

My pretty permas ARE configured properly. I even had the Woocommerce plugin, but you don’t need the plugin right? It should work without? I’ve been tearing my hair out trying to figure out how to get it working. Zapier’s support appears useless. Not even a phone number to call. 

Figured it out. I was given an old woocommerce zapier plugin by the vendor of the service I am trying to connect to.
