Is it possible to integrate Blue Dart with GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) using Zapier to automatically fetch shipment/tracking updates and trigger order dispatch and fulfillment messages to customers? If yes, could you please guide us on the recommended workflow and let us know if webhooks or custom APIs are required?

Blue Dart doesn't have a Zapier integration at the moment, but they do have a Shipment Tracking API. So you could use our Webhooks app to pull that tracking data into your Zap, then trigger messages through LeadConnector.
Since Blue Dart doesn't offer webhooks, you'd want to use the Retrieve Poll (Webhooks) trigger to fetch the updates from their API.
That said, it looks like Blue Dart is part of DHL. The existing DHL Express Commerce app would be easier to set up than Webhooks, so it's worth checking if it can pull the shipping/tracking updates you need.
