I’m looking for a texting platform that can send MMS (actual image attachments, not links) through Zapier automations (not through the texting platform’s dashboard)

I want to trigger these messages immediately after someone fills out a lead form on my website.

Has anyone worked sent MMS messages as described above (actual image attachments, not link) through Zapier?

Also, if yes - were you able to upoad the image directly within Zapier, or did you have to host it externally.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Ah ok, i get it, that is not possible, the image is added as a downloadable link.

Hi @OneFourFive

This is a bit tricky. Short answer is yes, assuming you are residing in USA, there are apps that allows MMS, such as RingCentral.

By uploading the image directly within Zapier, what do you mean? The image has to be a downloadable link, you can use any platform to host it (google drive for example) as long as it is publicly accessibly.

Thanks MohSwellam, yes i’m in the states

And what i meant is, Zapier has an ability to upload the image into the App so you can layout the entire text message right there, including the image.

Appreciate your input

Hey @OneFourFive,

I’ve worked with platforms like Twilio and ClickSend, which can send MMS messages through Zapier. For the image attachment, typically, you need to host the image externally (like on an S3 bucket or a file hosting service), and then use the URL in your Zap to send the MMS.

I haven’t seen a platform that lets you upload the image directly within Zapier itself, but hosting it externally works smoothly.

Hope that helps! Let me know if you need more info.
