API Integration & Free Plan Limitations on Zapier

Hi ,

I would like to clarify the following:

  1. Is it possible to call multiple Brevo APIs within a single Zap using Zapier and store the resulting data in a database?

  2. If I am on Zapier’s free plan, are there any constraints or limitations that could prevent me from achieving this workflow?

Hey @Shiva,

Yes, it’s possible to call multiple API within a single Zap. You can do that using either API request action or Webhooks action to call the API. Here are some helpful articles about each of those Zapier actions-

Here is a helpful about what’s included in Zapier free plan- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/32337438839565-What-s-included-in-Zapier-s-Free-plan. Hope it helps!

Hi @Shiva,

Yes, you can call Brevo APIs through Zapier by using the API Request (Beta) action available in the Brevo app. This lets you connect and send requests to Brevo endpoints directly from your Zap.

However, please note:

  • On Zapier’s Free plan, there are limitations:

    • No access to Webhooks by Zapier (so you can’t use webhooks directly).

    • Zaps only check for updates every 15 minutes.

    • Limited to 100 tasks per month.

    • You can only create single-step Zaps (multi-step Zaps are not included in Free).

Because of these restrictions, calling multiple APIs within one Zap and then storing results in a database isn’t really feasible on the Free plan. For this type of workflow, you would need at least a Starter or higher plan, since multi-step Zaps are required.
