Is it possible sending forms collectively at the end of the day in one mail? Not lead by lead.

For this particular workflow you can check out Digest by Zapier as recommend by Troy. We have a great Get Started guide for Digest here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-get-started-digest-zapier
Using Digest will allow you to store each lead in a digest as the zap triggers and schedule the digest to be released all at once into a single email each day.
That said, keep in mind that Email by Zapier does have a 10 email per hour rate limit. This should be fine for a single release digest, but if multiple zaps will be using the Email by Zapier integration, you’ll want to keep this rate limit in mind.
If we’ll need to send more than 10 emails in a day across zaps. You’ll want to change Email by Zapier to a dedicated email solution like Gmail, Outlook, etc.

What apps are you working with? Can you describe your desired workflow in more detail?
If you use a database (or Google Sheet / Airtable) that you can pull records from day by day then you could absolutely just send out 1 email!
