Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

If Skool supports webhooks, then you can use this Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

I’d recommend reaching out to Skool Support for possible guidance about their app.

I just came across this and spotted that we’ve got an existing feature request for a “New Free Member” trigger to be added to the Skool app. So I’ve gone ahead and added your votes to that feature request. While I can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll be sure to notify you both via email if it becomes available!

In the meantime, did either of you manage to get a Webhook set up on Skool’s end to trigger a Zap?

If not, do you get any sort of email notification when a new member joins? If you do, then you could potentially set up an automatic email forwarding rule in your email account to forward those notifications to an app like Email Parser. Email Parser would extract member information from the email so the Zap could then pass that information over to other apps as needed.
