I am trying to speed-up the onboarding of new products on my webflow website.
What Im currently doing: Sending 1) the person (outside of my organization), who is responsible for the product, a google form and 2) uploading the google form text and pics by myself on webflow in the ecommerce section. Too time-consuming
What I would like to do: Sending external people a link so they can directly onboard the product themselves in the ecommerce section.
Has someone done something similar before/Can someone give me concrete steps that I'd need to undertake? That would really make my day!

Hey there,
Interesting! I wonder if instead of giving them access to Webflow you could take their input from Google Forms and use it to fill or create the product info?
For example the zap may look like:
- Google Form Trigger - “New Form Response”
- Webflow Action - “Create Item”
