Adding Customer Instagram Account

I am managing a clients Facebook business page. I am admin for that FB page. I created a Instagram account for them using a name@domain.com as the email address.

My Publer account and Zapier account are in my main email address ****@gmail.com

When I try to add their FB Instagram it do not see their account, ONLY Instagram accounts registered under the email address ****@gmail.com.

Is there a way to connect a clients IG account?
