Adding a name to an email in my Acuity to email list trigger

Hi - I use Acuity to schedule my singing students. I would like their name and email to be transported to my email list on Podia. So far I can only work out how to add their email but not their first name.

Hi @Mellath 

Is name being collected on the Acuity event?

Are the desired data points returned in the Zap trigger step?

If yes, then you can map data points between Zaps steps using the ‘CUSTOM’ mapping option.

Thanks Troy! I do get the data from the acuity event however when I choose the option to ‘add email subscription to Podia list’ it doesn’t give me the option to customize.

Looks like the Podia Add Email List Subscription only supports the email field.

Perhaps try a different Podia action.

Awesome - thanks Troy! I set it up that my singing students get automatically enrolled in a free singing course I have on Podia. This makes sense now. I also set up a filter that this only happens if they agree to it.
