Add users in specific WordPress role to an ActiveCampaign list

Is there a way to add a WordPress user to an ActiveCampaign list when that user is added to a WordPress role? Specifically, I want to add LearnDash Group Leaders to a list in AC. I’ve looked for that type of trigger and action in Zapier, but don’t see it. Am I missing something?
