Is there a way to add square estimates to my google calendar as a tentative events so I make sure to not overbook dates?

Hi @tnelson,

Welcome to the Community.

You can set up a Zap to add Square estimates as tentative events in Google Calendar. Use Square as the trigger, selecting an estimate-related event or an alternative like "New Invoice." Then, use Google Calendar's "Create Detailed Event" action, mapping relevant fields such as date, time, and description. Set the event status to "tentative" to keep your availability open. Finally, test the Zap to ensure it works correctly. Steps may vary depending on your Square and Google Calendar settings.

Feel free to reach out if you have any issues or have further questions.

Square estimates aren’t a triggering event in my options. Only Square invoices. Is there a possibility to get that added as an option? I need to track the estimates we send out to follow up with the customer as well as see which dates we may have events on. Thanks

Hi @tnelson,

Zapier currently doesn't support triggering new estimates in Square due to limitations in Square's API. While there's no guarantee this feature will be added, you can request it from Square and Zapier. User feedback helps shape future updates, so submitting a feature request may increase its chances of implementation.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
