Hi @blockwood
It’s possible with Zaps, but not with a simple configuration.
For what fields would from the AC Account would you want updated to the related AC Contacts?
May want to explore using AC Automations to see if you can do this as well since that’s already natively integrated: https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/218788687-How-to-create-a-new-automation-from-scratch-in-ActiveCampaign
General Concept:
- AC Account is updated
- Derive the related Contacts
- Loop thru the Contacts to update desired data points from Account
May have to involve the AC API: https://developers.activecampaign.com/reference
App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
Looping app can used to iterate thru items: https://zapier.com/apps/looping/integrations
Thanks @Troy Tessalone! I am relatively new to Zapier so I will have to look into what Webhooks and Looping are. I did try to do this within AC and they directed me to Zapier because they do not currently have that functionality.
When I tried to set up a zap I received the error “The contact could not be sent to ActiveCampaign.”
Your general concept above is exactly what I am trying to accomplish.
Do you recommend starting with the links you provided?
@blockwood
When I tried to set up a zap I received the error “The contact could not be sent to ActiveCampaign.”
TIP: Best to provide screenshots to give true context.
FYI: Webhooks and Looping are advanced concepts.
You may want to consider hiring a Zapier Expert to help: https://zapier.com/experts
@Troy Tessalone Thank you! If I want to learn Zapier, do you recommend Zapier University?
@blockwood
Zapier has many resources available to learn.

Thank you so much for your help, @Troy Tessalone!
@Troy Tessalone Thanks again for your help and suggestions with my question! I actually just recently discovered the best solution resided outside of both ActiveCampaign and Zapier. This was needed as a part of an integration between ActiveCampaign and Salesforce so it was an easier path to take through Salesforce per recommendation from ActiveCampaign.
Thanks for sharing your solutions with the Community, @blockwood!
