Thanks,

Hi @Uttam Kumar,

Welcome to the Community.

You can use Zapier to send action points from a Microsoft Teams meeting transcript to a Notion database, though some manual work is required. Set Microsoft Teams as the trigger with "New Channel Message," then use a Filter step to continue only if keywords like "Action Point" are present. Extract the action point using Zapier's Formatter tool, then create a new database item in Notion. Finally, test the Zap to ensure it works. Based on Microsoft Teams and Notion's specific setup, adjustments may be needed.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Hi there, @Uttam Kumar—just checking in! Were you able to get this sorted?

If not, I’d suggest trying the New Transcription (Microsoft Teams Events) trigger instead—that would get the Zap access to the meeting transcription. Then you could use an Analyze and Return Data (AI by Zapier) action to extract the action points from the transcript. Then have a Create Database Item (Notion) action add the action items into Notion.

Hope that helps. Keen to ensure you’re all set, so keep us posted on how things are going!
