10to8 connection not pulling over custom text widgets

I created a Zap between 10to8 and Zapier. The Zap runs when a new appointment is booked on 10to8. I noticed that the only information 10to8 passes to Zapier is the built-in fields; no custom text widget data is getting passed to Zapier.

 

Is that how it is supposed to run?

Unfortunately the Help articles for this app don’t indicate if custom text widgets are supported as part of the Zap app integration: https://zapier.com/apps/10to8/help

 

I suggest opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi Troy, I’ve learned custom text widgets are not supported in the integration! Zapier has requested that they become supported.
