Hi everyone. What tools are people using for real time LinkedIn/HubSpot integration?The official LinkedIn App doesn’t offer any useful triggers.There’s lots of LinkedIn activity I’d like to input in to HubSpot but - most importantly - I’d like to create a new contact in HS every time I get a new LinkedIn connection, add that contact to a list, etc. I’ve been able to hack this together using an app called We-Connect which offers a few basic LinkedIn triggers.My main issue using We-Connect is that it seems to get the connection info periodically/in batches as opposed to in real time. We-Connect also doesn’t offer any triggers related to messaging. Would love a suggestion for something more functional, even if its paid.Thanks in advance for any help!

Instead I’m having a blank image. Hey Community!I am learning a ton about webhooks and have learned enough just to be slightly dangerous. I had a request from someone that manages our pipeline at our company. We use an asana project with custom fields to manage that pipeline.The team member consistently is having to manually add placeholders in spots that the sales people fail to fill out. I’d like to create an automation that periodically checks the projects tasks for tasks that have certain custom fields that are empty. So, in Webhook speak, I would like to GET those tasks.Once I GET those tasks, I would like to PUT a standard placeholder value in those custom fields. Can anyone help with a good way of doing that?
Hi all. I am a developer for a WordPress site, not WordPress.com, self-hosted WordPress. We have a Twilio account. What we need is to send SMS when a new post is published. It needs to be as automatic as possible, as they are time-sensitive posts. Once I find an integration, i’ll be eventually need to customize it, in the WordPress end - only send SMS on post of certain post types and / or categories, for one. Currently we use OneSignal for email and desktop notifications, but we need SMS! OneSignal has some integrations but I bet i can more easily with Twilio and Zapier. Can anyone point me in the right direction? The Zapier Wizard led me to WordPress.com, so here I am! Thanks!Ben
I realise this may be a simple fix, I however, cannot see it.At present I have 2 automations set up for new orders from Samcart.When a client buys a product, they currently receive details to both products through my automation because I have not selected a specific product to attached the automation to.Zapier attaches the automation to new order for example. How do I plot the automation path to a specific product? I don’t want people buying one product to receive access to all of my products.The current automation is set as:Customer creates order in SamcartZap to send customer to Mailchimp - worksTo then send them details of the product they have purchased and access to that product - currently allows access to all my products Hope I have explained this properly.Thank you

Hi guys,I have my zap set up to trigger a new order coming from woocommerce and passing it on to pipedrive. I have 2 version of this site, one is the live version and the other staging.I set up the zap woo app to connect to the live version, not the staging.However, when I try to make an order in the live version, the trigger does not fire in zap. I checked zap and zap is able to connect just fine and I can even find new records of the new orders, but when the actual order is placed, it won’t fire. I checked Woo status and zapier is fine. No zaps are recorded in the zap history, its not receiving any zaps, even tho its connected. However, when I place a new order in the staging environment, the zap fires, but its the zap that connects to the live version, not the staging version. This shouldnt fire because its a different URL and different credentials. This started a few weeks ago, it was fine before then. Any ideas?
I have created a Zap to create a new task in Clickup “Space A” when an email is labelled as “To Do George”. It is working perfectly. But right now we are seeing duplicates tasks created for same email. For example.I received a notification from Hubspot. A new contact is added. I want to create a task HubSpot expert to remove these notifications for me. So i added the label “To Do George”.Result: A new task is then created with the email content for George in Space A.I personally send a mail to George to turn off all these kind of notification's from the same thread. Result: When send him a mail like the above. Again a task is created for George in my space A. with the mail content I send. (This is duplicate) When George replied me that this is sorted. Result: Again a new task is created.So duplicates or clone of this task is created for same tread. I only want one task to be created for a tread to george.
I set up an integration from our company’s internal google calendar to create a new event in our main basecamp3 schedule. However, when the new google event is integrated in to the basecamp schedule, it appears as an entry a day later than it is supposed to. For example, I created an event on our google calendar on Saturday, May 29th. However, when this event is integrated in to our Basecamp schedule it appears as a new event on Sunday May 30th. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Hello, I receive an email each day that includes a link to a spreadsheet, which I would like to ultimately place in google drive. I was successful in getting the basics of this to work through a zap thanks to this post, however it appears as though when Zapier accesses the URL it goes to a sign on page. Is there a step I can add in to have it enter the sign on information?

We cannot get a consistent zap when trying to create a new contact in Zoho from a new contact that has been entered into Outlook. It will work for one zap and then, shut off even if all the data is available I receive: Unable to create entry in module: Contacts. Error : Invalid data for the field id. Detail : expected_data_type bigint, parent_api_name Account_Name
As of this AM all the zaps related to Airtable are busted on my account. Last one went out normally at 2:28AM and none since. Basically the issue seems to be that Zaps, are looking for fields that they are not finding. Please advise if anyone else is seeing the same. As we’re a medical practice using Zaps for assisting with results reporting for COVID this is pretty critical.
Hello,I set up a zap between Firebase and Zoho CRM.In order for some fields to work with Zoho, I have to truncate them - as Zoho has a 9-number limit. This step seems to work just fine. However, when I use that value, I keep getting the following error message: I checked in Zoho that the field actually accepts numbers. What am I missing?Thank you!-Aurélien
