Hey,

I’m publishing the platform 'X' on Zapier. After the final testing of all the triggers and Actions, I have to complete the Zapier requirements to make it public.

One of the requirement is to create an account on 'X' platform by the email "integration-testing@zapier.com" for the testing purpose of Zapier and provide the credentials at that step. The 'X' platform send the verification code on the email to complete the sign up process for an account and code gets expire after 30 mins.

I don’t know where to get that code from Zapier, I tried taking help from support but i didn’t get help because of the holidays. Can anyone guide with this thing?

Thanks

Hi there!

It sounds like you might be working on a private integration (https://platform.zapier.com/quickstart/build-private-integration) using the ‘X’ Platform.

For that, a testing account is not required. The requirement to create a testing account with "integration-testing@zapier.com" is specifically for apps which are being published in our App Directory: https://zapier.com/apps

Hello Brandon, Thanks for reaching back

Platform Name : Jodoo

We kept it private because we wanted to test the triggers and actions, also to provide demo to our clients. Now, we want to make it public on Zapier.

I saw you understand the issue, and would you be able to provide the solution for it? If you need further details, let me know.

To publish your platform 'X' on Zapier and address the requirement of creating a Zapier test account:

  1. Create an Account: Use "integration-testing@zapier.com" to sign up on platform 'X'.

  2. Verification Code: Since the code is sent to Zapier's email, contact Zapier support to obtain it.

  3. Wait for Support: If support is unavailable due to holidays, wait for their response.

  4. Use Alternative Channels: Try reaching out via Zapier's community forums or other support channels.

  5. Review Documentation: Check Zapier's guidelines and forums for similar cases and advice.

Hi @Branden R

Daniel from Jodoo here. We, in partnership with @Mobihere, are working on making Jodoo be published in the app directory.

After discussing with our technical team manager, it turned out that we are not able to create an account with the assigned email “integration-testing@zapier.com” directly from our database.

It seems that the only way to make this happen is to create an account from your side.

Would it be possible for me to contact your developer directly so I can guide you through the registration process? It is impossible to receive a reply from customer support within 30 minutes as the verification code expires after that time period.

@Jodoo, thank you for the clarification.

Please feel free to contact our Platform Support team here: https://developer.zapier.com/contact

They’ll be best positioned to help coordinate this with you.

Thanks!

Hi @connorz @Branden R

I sent the request through the contact form.

After 2 days of waiting (weeks if counting @Mobihere’s request), we haven’t been able to receive the reply from your team.

Will you be able to kindly help us approach them?

Thanks!

@Jodoo , so sorry to hear that! I see our team sent a reply on Wednesday.

Could you please check the inbox of the email address associated with the account you were signed into when submitting the form?

Hi @connorz

These are all the emails I got recently. I also checked the spam folder but found nothing. Would you mind help me forward the mail to my work email? daniel.l@jodoo.com

Thanks

@Jodoo , we’ve re-sent the email to that address. Can you please check your inbox?
