Zapier hanging on 'loading' screen when creating a trigger or action

I’ve just uploaded a new version of our zapier integration.

I’m now trying to create a new zap using our integration.

When I try to setup an trigger or an action zapier hangs with a ‘loading’ message.

This happens when using on of our integrations triggers but it also happens when setting up an action using zapiers built in ‘Send Outbound Email’.

In both cases if I refresh the page the trigger or action form comes up and I can fill it out as expected.

 

What is going on here?

 

Edit: FYI I’ve tried an empty cache/hard reload in chrome dev tools.

 

If it makes a difference I’m running linux with chrome Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)
