Hello,

 

we have a trigger that should list all channels available to user. For some reason, this does not work on Safari browser and trigger that should return some list returns nothing (or Zapier shows nothing).

Has someone met with this problem, or does someone has similar problem?

Just wanted to follow up here as spotted @MarekB also reached out to our Support team about this and were added to an existing bug report for this issue. We don’t have an ETA on when this will be resolved but in the meantime it’s recommended that an alternative browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is used to setup and make changes your Zaps.

For anyone else that’s experiencing this or a similar issue please reach our to our Support team to be added to the bug report. The best way to do that us via our Get Help form. :)
