Dear Zapier Community,

 

Hope all is well. Quick question: We’re opening up a white label reseller agency that focuses exclusively on implementing customized AI-powered chatbots, tailored for businesses and institutions. In the Zapier chatbot plans, noticed that there is a premiere plan that provides 20 chatbots. Just to ensure if this is a good fit for us or not, (Is this plan able to be white labeled under our agency name for resell or is it strictly for companies looking to use it for their internal teams?) 

 

To provide a bit more context, our primary use case would be: Building each chatbot, per clients need(s) and then implementing into their websites, slack channels, discord servers, notion workspaces, etc.

Hi @Troy Tessalone, Thank you for the helpful links. I read through these articles although It's still unclear to us whether we can use this product for white label. Please provide me with some clarification on this (can this be used for white labeling or only for internal use?) Look forward to your answer on this.

Remove the "Built on Zapier" label

Available on plans:

A green checkmark

Advanced

If you're on a paid plan, you can remove the "Built on Zapier" label that appears at the bottom of the conversation window.

  1. From your Chatbots home, click the name of the chatbot.
  2. In the Advanced tab, scroll down and click the Display the “Built on Zapier” label toggle to hide it.

Thank you for this helpful info. Are you able to directly answer the question though? (Is it okay to white label these on the premiere plan or not?) Will be sure to schedule a call with the Chatbot team, although just thought the community can benefit for an answer on the question provided here. Look forward to your response.
