I want to know how many automation do you get with a free plan and what a Zap is? Is Zap an automation, so for example I want integrate Smartsheet to Airtable, is that one auotmation and another from Airtable to Smartsheet? 

 

If there is a update on Smartsheet will it automatically update in Airtable is that one automation? If so how many is that a month?
