User data from intercom not available || Problem with hydrate

While searching for a user in intercom everything seems to work while clicking through the Zap myself.

Data out while editing zap:

As soon as i test it in a live environment, the user data is not available for the slack message in the next step.

Thats why the slack message is not working as expected:
