Trying to make sure document link give information about v3

hi,

I’m following a link expected Zapier v3 API. 

https://platform.zapier.com/partners/lifecycle-planning

while reading a doc from new link, a link (red highlighted in image) have some information which redirect to me v2. can someone help me to figure out If I’m following the correct doc.
