I did some digging and this sort of error message has appeared for users before when they are not logged in to Zapier and are clicking 'try this zap' from another partner app’s site - is this when you’re seeing that error? Are you still seeing it after trying to refresh the page and accessing the template again? If so, please let us know which page you’re accessing
