Task limit reached while app under development

My app at the moment is under development and I am working at a few Zaps that will soon be made public (together with the app). 

The issue is that while developing those zaps I reached the limit of tasks I can activate. Is that correct? Or was there a setting I missed that would have allowed my under development tasks not to count?
