Hi, 

We have used OAuth2.0 in our application but in Zapier when we used the Oauth2.0 and tested it, it was through an error. SO we have tried with Basic Authentication Type in Zapier and It's working fine for OPEN API but rest of the API it's give 401 unauthorized status code. 

Any ideas what is going wrong?

Please post a screenshot of the error you’re getting when testing your OAuth2 configuration or more information on which section of the setup you’re having trouble with: https://platform.zapier.com/docs/oauth#how-to-add-oauth-v2-to-a-zapier-integration 

That should allow folks in the Community to better help out here! 

I would also suggest ensuring the endpoints you’re using are reachable by making a successful call using a third party tool such as Postman 👍
