Does anyone know how I can actually contact someone? I found a phone number and called, it told me where to send an email and hung up. I did that and the email bounced back saying its no longer monitored and to try the chat system or the community. The chat bot can’t help with anything account related other then send me to discussion threads. A little frustrating! We have a charge on our credit card and cannot locate an account to cancel it from (this account was only created to find help here). 

Anyone have any success contacting support?
