I’ve set up an endpoint for REST hook subscription in the trigger configuration, but it’s never called when enabling my zap (switching between Off/On):

I’ve been taking a look to the events with the Monitoring tool and the subscription url is never hit. Could you please help me with this issue?

Hey @abarazal 👋

I see you’re a developer for a public app Tracking Time - please do open a ticket with our Platform Support team from https://developer.zapier.com/contact for this issue so we can take a look at the specific setup for your webhook trigger and the audit logs for the Zap you’re testing with.

As long as your subscribe and unsubscribe urls are configured: https://platform.zapier.com/docs/triggers#subscribe - a Zap with the Time Entry Updated trigger selected, for the applicable TrackingTime version, would be expected to call the subscribe when turning on / publishing the Zap.

So we can take a closer look at the logs with you, please open a Support ticket for your public app integration 👍

Hi @MarinaH! Thank you, it worked! It would be great if you could add in the docs that both URLs must be configured.

Regards,

Agustín

Hey @abarazal,

Super, glad to hear you’re sorted with that webhook trigger 👍 Do you mean the subscribe and unsubscribe urls being required? Yes, both are required as described here: https://platform.zapier.com/docs/triggers#subscribe

Thanks for building with Zapier!
