Not able to edit cloned app - “An error occurred cloning the app” error

Hello Folks,

I am trying to edit my app’s configuration on the cloned version but I am seeing that all the buttons are disabled (like Add Trigger, Add Action, Publish, etc.) Kindly refer screenshot below

 In Actions Module

 

 

In Triggers Module

After this I tried to reclone the public app

 

Please Help.
