We are trying to publish a new integration but the validation is reporting several errors about needing successful task run despite us having created Zaps with them and the monitoring UI for the integration showing successful runs of the tasks.

Check https://zapier.com/app/history/usage to confirm there’s a task history record there for a Zap that uses that trigger. My thinking is that maybe what you’re seeing in monitoring is a successful polling request to your API, but if no new data is found from that poll the Zap won’t actually be run and no task history entry will be created, and the validation mechanism will have no data to work with. So confirm that a Zap actually runs successfully. If it’s still not passing that check at that point then reach out to support so they can take a deeper look into your account and integration. https://developer.zapier.com/contact
