Move Zapier Integration between developer accounts

Is there a way of moving an integration between different developer accounts? If so what would this do to existing Connections and Zaps using this integration?

If the developer whose account holds integration closes the account/leaves the company etc. what do we do?

Note: having an team/enterprise developer experience aligned with the zapier.com team would be very useful!
