Hey…
want to confirm that is zapier send any third party information also?
ex. My app is integrated with Zapier on UI interface and i am creating a zap in which i am connecting my app to any third party like google sheet, Facebook etc  and performing a action to save data from third party.
Now i want that zapier also return that third party (like google sheet, facebook etc) information or name to my app.
Is zapier currently support this feature? if yes then where can i see that information?

Hey @deepali 👋

It sounds like you are looking for two-way syncing between one app and Google Sheet/Facebook etc, is that right?

No, that is not currently supported: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495908569613#:~:text=No.,Zaps%20like%20one%2Dway%20workflows

You can certainly set up a Zap from A platform to B platform; and vice versa, so that data in both apps is updated. However, a word of caution, you’ll want to be very careful to avoid inadvertently creating a Zap loop that would use up all your plan’s tasks. Read more about Zap loops and ideas to avoid them here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496232045453

Thanks @MarinaH
your answer is very satisfying,
i just want to confirm that is zapier has any ability to fetch that third party name or not
or zapier is sharing the info  from where they got the lead/ data?

Hi @deepali,

Well it would depend which third party trigger you were using to start your Zap. Zapier merely passes the data from one app to another - so for example from Facebook to your app if you’re using it as the action app.

If you’re using a Facebook Leads trigger to start your Zap, then the data would come from Facebook Leads. Are you looking for a field in the trigger data that says “Facebook Leads”? You’ll need to check a trigger sample to see which fields each app’s output has available https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288188429#4-test-your-trigger-0-4 and if there’s a suitable one to include in the record in your destination app.
