I have our Zapier chatbot linked up to our website via embed. Is it possible to have the chatbot see what page the customer is on?
At times customers will ask information about a unit when they are on the page for that particular listing, and while I have logic to let them know it can not see what page they are on, it would be incredibly helpful if they could see information from that page and essentially use it as a temporary knowledge source.
