Ingest customer list app

Hi,

What is the best way to “poll” the CRM apps on Zapier to see if most of them publish/expose customer list in bulk or in real time? 

We are planning to build our second app on Zapier that a customer can use to send us their customer list. So I am trying to figure out if we should build it to customer at a time or in bulk (kinda deciding between webhook or API)
