Hi,

 

I understand polling is done once every 5-15 minutes. With that being said, how many minutes of history should I include to ensure Zapier never misses an event.

 

My concern is that if I provide 30 minutes of history, what happens if Zapier (for some reason) goes 35 minutes without polling? I would lose 5 minutes worth of events. 

 

Is there a recommended time window that essentially ensures an event would never be missed?
