Getting 404 when opening connections

Hi I am testing my Integration in my Zapier account 

but when i go to My Apps > Custom Integrations > click on one of my Integrations

It should list my connections to the app , But I am rather shown an error page 

I checked network tab and the request to the page returns with 404.

I can not find solution to the problem anywhere
