Follow-up on myCRMSIM Integration Review

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well.

I recently submitted my Zapier integration “myCRMSIM” for review (around 10 days ago), and I wanted to check if this timeline is normal or if there’s anything I should follow up on.

The integration includes triggers and actions for messaging functionality, and it has been fully tested end-to-end. All platform warnings (including upgrading to the latest zapier-platform-core version) have been resolved, and the app is currently stable.

I have not yet received any feedback or update regarding the review status, so I wanted to ask:

- Is this waiting period typical for Zapier app reviews?
- Are there any common issues that might delay the review process?
- Would you recommend any additional steps from my side to help move the review forward?

I’d really appreciate any insights or guidance from the community.

Thank you in advance!

10 days can still be normal.
Zapier’s docs say that after you submit an integration for review, one of their developers should reach out within 1 week or less about any remaining requirements. So 10 days is a little longer than the target, but not wildly unusual if there is a queue.

A few things can slow review down:

  • missing publishing requirements
  • build/review issues still flagged in the integration
  • general review backlog. Zapier says integrations pass review faster when they meet the publishing requirements and build guidelines before submission.

Simple next step:

  1. Re-check your app against Zapier’s publishing requirements
  2. Run validation again
  3. Send one short follow-up with your app name, submission date, and that the app is stable/tested

Also, once your app is public, Zapier logs user-reported bugs and requests in the Manage section, so it is worth making sure the app setup there is clean too.

So the short answer is:

1 week is the usual target, so 10 days is a bit delayed but not necessarily a bad sign.
I’d do one polite follow-up and re-check the publishing requirements/validation.

Dear Zapier Partner Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the review status of my Zapier integration, myCRMSIM, which I successfully submitted for review approximately 30 days ago.

At the time of submission, I received confirmation that your team would review the integration and respond within 1 to 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication or update since then, and the integration remains in a "Pending" status on the Beta stage of the Launch Progress tracker.

Integration Details:
• App Name: myCRMSIM
• Submission Date: Approximately [ April 2026]
• Current Status: Pending – Awaiting Beta Approval
• Platform Version: 1.0.0

I have been actively monitoring my email and the Zapier Partner Dashboard for any updates, but have received no feedback, requests for changes, or status updates from your team during this period. This extended delay is significantly impacting my ability to make this integration available to my users and move forward with my product roadmap.

I kindly request the following:
1. A status update on the current review progress of my integration
2. Information on any issues or changes required, if applicable
3. An estimated timeline for when the review will be completed

I remain committed to meeting all of Zapier's quality and integration standards, and I am fully available to address any feedback or make any required adjustments promptly.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience.

Best regards,
[Gary Capps]
