Feasibility of Automating Zap Creation & Authentication via API

We are currently exploring the feasibility of automating Zap creation, including configuring authentication automatically within the Zap. As part of this, we wanted to clarify a few things:

  1. Automated Zap Creation: Can regular developers (non-official partners) programmatically create and manage Zaps using the API? If so, what are the prerequisites or limitations?

  2. Authentication Automation: Is it possible to automate authentication configuration within a Zap using the API, or does this require manual user input? Are there specific authentication methods that support full automation (Including 3rd party apps)?

  3. Partner Access Without a Public App: Can we access the Zapier Partner API and utilize its features without publishing a public app on Zapier? If so, what restrictions or requirements apply?

  4. API Limitations: What key limitations exist for the Zapier API in terms of managing Zaps, triggers, actions, and authentication? Are there rate limits or feature restrictions we should consider?

Just following up on this, I'd really appreciate any insights or guidance you can share around these points, especially regarding the feasibility of fully automating authentication and the use of the Partner API without a public app.

Thanks in advance!
