Dropdown with all the values rather than one value per row

Hi, I have to use dynamic fields for my integration, but when I use the Trigger, I got all the dynamic values in every row rather than one value for each row, someone can explain me how to do it please ??

Actually, I have to map dynamic fields with new values that comes from the form.
