I’ve been needing a solution for this for ages, and I’ve noticed a few other people struggling with it too, so thought I’d help the community out with a new discovery. I recently found these guys called Clickr that can sort out an API to link Zapier trigger hits to QBO to automatically convert the hit straight to Projects for me. It’s been a game changer and freed up hours for me over the last couple months I’ve been using them. They make it super easy to set up and have heaps of resources to help out.
