- We have a CRM and we want to give users the ability to integrate any app zapier provides with our own app (CRM) .
What i did so far;
- i have created private ‘custom integration named as my CRM’
- Added api-key authentication.
- no triggers (because im confused here), how can i receive events happening in my CRM as a trigger e.g New client added in my CRM - I have added ‘Integrate with Zapier’ button to run this flow
