Can't enable Zap that uses custom integration

I am trying to connect my API to Zapier using webhooks. After configuring Zap (custom integration + Gmail), I successfully enabled it, but after reloading the page, Zap was already disabled. In console I found error:

I would be grateful for any help

I solved it. Webhook endpoint in my API send response with empty body after subscription.
