Are you asking about transferring a Zapier Integration from one developer’s account to another? If so, the best way is to add the second developer as an admin on the project. Then, if you need to, the second developer can remove the first member from the project. Do this in the “Manage Team” UI, accessible from the left hand nav in the developer UI.

Be very careful about transferring ownership of zaps.
If the zap uses webhooks, the webhook address will change when you transfer ownership of the zap. This will break any other zaps or processes that call that webhook.
