Hi everyone,

We are busy creating an integration but we experience a weird issue. Our transparant icon gets a dark green background on Zapier. Does anyone else experience that? How can we prevent this from happening?

Hi @gijs - Assuming the logo definitely does have a transparent background, this sounds like a bug to me and you'll probably get quicker help if you open a ticket via the contact page (https://zapier.com/app/contact-us) or by emailing contact@zapier.com



@gijs Would you be able to contact the team by filling in the contact form at https://zapier.com/app/contact-us and then selecting the Developing an app on the Zapier Platform option? That will then get routed to me and my team, and we'll be able to look into this for you.

I did look through our contact system to see if you'd already written in, but I wasn't able to spot a ticket — apologies if this has already been resolved.
