We have a WIX website, and am trying to use Zapier, so when an order is received in WIX, it creates the customer in CIN7, and then creates the order. It is giving me an error on the Total value/price . See attached.

 

Has anyone encountered this and maybe has a solution?

Error indicates the mapped variable value for the Total field does not match Qty x Price.

Yes agreed. I have tried other variable values with name price, though they call keep giving the same error.
 

I was hoping perhaps someone would have used this, and perhaps knows which correct field i need to use.

You would likely need to map a different variable OR do a math operation to calculate the Total.

Formatter > Numbers > Perform Math Operation
