sends notification to wrong email

i somehow registered with wrong email. and now Zapier asks me to confirm notification from email that doesn't exist .. is there a way to change it ? 
i tried to change it but he still wants the confirmation from the wrong email which doesn't exist 

is there a way of fixing ?
