For whatever reason a customer entered his email address in the phone field when making a purchase recently, which caused Zapier to fail and throw the following error…

 

“Invalid phone number format for the passed phone number”

 

I have the customers phone number, is there any way I can edit this info and retry the zap?

The new data would have to trigger the Zap trigger step again.

Might be better to handle this one-off exception manually.


Im not sure how to process it manually. I might just ignore it? *shrug

Process it manually by making the necessary data adjustments in the apps that would have been done by the Zap steps.


Err, but the data was sent by a customer when they made a purchase? The purchase was made via Thrivecart/Stripe.

We don’t have context about how your Zap steps are outlined or configured.

General idea is to use the from the Zap Run history details to then manually copy/paste/edit into the necessary apps as if you were doing this without automation.
