Hope to get some inspiration and feedback here :)
We are an agency and setting up Zaps for our clients. Now we got the problem that sometimes the Zaps don’t run correctly. So we inserted a error handler with a webhook which sends us a Slack message and also creates a Asana task for our developer to check the Zap of the client.
How are you guys handling the issues when a certain Trigger (for example Facebook Lead Ads) doesn’t trigger any event because there’s a problem? Right now we only get feedback from our clients - but that said they´re than not satisfied because they thought that everythings working correctly.
Anyone has some ideas or feedback?
