I have successfully integrated OAuth 2.0 and it is fetching data from the API deployed on AWS. However, after some time, it starts sending an error related to token expiration(This account is expired.Please reconnect it here.), as shown in the image. I have already enabled token refresh, but the issue still persists.

Hi @bilal malik , 

As a first step, I might suggest the following:

  1. Return to the Authentication page
  2. Check the parameters of the Refresh Token Request to ensure that all the necessary parameters are included in that request


  1. Test the authentication on the Authentication page
  2. Click the Response tab

If the auth continues to fail, the response should hopefully give some more insight into why.
