"There is an issue" in Errors panel after selecting account

I am the developer of an app. My users see this type of error in the Errors panel of the zap after choosing an account.

How can I debug the root cause of this issue? The “Monitoring” page of the platform UI does not show any errors, and it shows only a line chart with 2XX and “bundle” data points. Errors are returned from our API as 200s, which is unfortunately not easy to change. `zapier logs` shows only an unrelated issue from yesterday. 

Users are still able to proceed with their zaps normally despite the error.

Hi @Danvers, thanks for responding back. It looks like the issue has disappeared from our end, we are not able to reproduce it anymore.
